Why be a Micro Coach
Being a Micro Coach is an opportunity to sow seeds of knowledge to support social enterprises and other small private and community sector organisations in their development.
This programme allows you to help others in a tailored and productive way, while developing your own leadership and coaching skills and increasing your networking opportunities.
Be rewarded
In recognition of your time and expertise the programme pays you to train to be a coach and to coach others.
Micro Coaches who commit to and complete the 2-day training course, are paid £300. The training course gives them the skills to coach others; and £300 per day pro rata to visit other small organisations and coach them in their skill.
Small organisations who are receiving coaching from a Micro Coach receive the service/coaching free of charge.
Be supported
Micro Coaches participate in a 2 day training course to gain the skills to coach others.
On completion, you are matched with other small organisations that require your expertise. Small organisations will be able to search on this site for the types of skills available from the Micro Coaches.
Coaching others is done at your pace, within your time constraints, to fit in with your work and your own organisation.
