Who should get involved?

Small Organisations

If you are looking for help with a skill or area of your business or organisation and would like a peer to coach you, search through the Micro Coaches and skills that are available to you.

You choose your coach and desired skill from our website and the coaching is delivered at your premises, specific to your needs.  Micro Coaches are all experienced business people with business acumen.  Sessions of 3 hours of coaching are available.

Micro Coaches

All Micro Coaches are:

  • Currently working in a small organisation (between 1 and 9 employees) in the social enterprise, private or community sectors
  • A paid employee or self-employed (not a volunteer)
  • Based in the East of England
  • Have a specific business skill to pass on to other small organisations to enhance their operation. They will have learnt this skill in the development of their own organisation and making their own organisation successful
  • The product or service of their own organisation is not  business advice, training, coaching or support.

(Please note that we NOT recruiting Micro Coaches, but are booking out the existing Micro Coaches to small organisations).
