Who should get involved?

Business Leaders who would like to share specific skills

To train as a Micro Coach you will currently be working in a small or medium business in the independent business sector (social enterprise, or private business) or the voluntary sector, and have specific business skills to pass on to other organisations to enhance their operation.

This scheme teaches you how to pass this skill on to others in an efficient and effective way. You need to identify the business skills that you will pass on to others.

Excluded Businesses

If your business is performance or life coaching or offering business advice then Micro Coaches is not appropriate for you. Please see the explanation here.
