What is Micro Coaches?

Micro Coaches is a new and exciting peer-to-peer support programme to unlock skills and expertise in small organisations and work towards sustainable communities.

Micro Coaches are leaders and managers of small organisations (less than 10 employees). They might work in social enterprises, community organisations or the private sector, but what they all have in common is they are working toward sustainable communities agenda and are good at a specific skill that they use to make their organisation sucessful.

Micro Coaches share the specific expertise, skill or knowledge they have about business with other small organisations.
