What is Micro Coaches?

We know that business leaders value peer-to-peer support - in other words, they like to learn key skills from other business leaders who can show them how to apply new skills straight away in their business.

The Micro Coaches programme is a valuable and exciting peer-to-peer support programme that unlocks skills and expertise in small and medium organisations in the independent business sector (social enterprise or private business). It provides a unique way of tapping into the business expertise of your peers and enables you to learn essential skills directly from others.

What are Micro Coaches?

Micro Coaches are business leaders that come from all industry sectors. They have three things in common:

  1. They have key identifiable skills that they use on a daily basis to make their business a success.
  2. They are willing to work with other businesses to help them aquire these skills.
  3. They have gone through a training course to ensure that they are able to effectively pass these skills on to other business leaders.

What is a Micro Coaches Session?

A Micro Coaches Session is different from other business training, support and advice because you only learn what is right for your business right now, and you learn how to use the skills in real life situations from your own business. You are matched with a Micro Coach-trained business leader who uses the skill that you want to learn in their own business. The Micro Coach will help you understand that skill and how to use it straight away in your business through a one-to-one 3 hour session that takes place at a time and place that suits you.
