I understand that:

The completion of the Committment Audit and the Committment Audit is not a guarantee that the individual will be accepted onto the Micro Coaches training course.

The completion of the training course is not a guarantee or an obligation that the individual will continue as a Micro Coach.

Acceptance as a Micro Coach does not guarantee work through the Programme at any time.

If I am accepted onto the Training Programme, I agree:

• To complete the pre-training electronic assessment questionnaire
• To attend both sessions of the course
• To arrive at the course on time and stay to the end of each day
• To complete any exercises and/or homework set by the course tutors on time
• To complete the training experience sheets at the end of each day's training
• To participate in post-training Chat-room session with evaluators if required
• To co-operate with any evaluators if approached

I will allow my contact details to be used in any appropriate and reasonable way for the benefit of Micro Coaches^(TM)

I will be removed as a Micro Coach if I bring the Micro Coaches^(TM) Programme into disrepute, including but not limited to using the Programme to deliver other kinds of training, using the Programme to promote my own business, not adhering to the ethos of the Programme, consistent lateness or cancellation of sessions, consistent complaints of any other nature by Micro Coachees, consistent lateness of administrative work required. I understand that any decision to remove me by the Micro Coaches programme will be final and at the discretion of the Licencee or Social Enterprise East of England.

These T&C may be added to or altered at any time.
