I understand that:

Micro Coaches are not obliged to accept any booking, but that where an agreement to take it on has made the Micro Coach is obliged to make every effort to attend.

Agreement to a bursary is related to a particular session, and cancellation and postponement or rebooking of a session may not include a bursary.

If the Micro Coachee cancels a booking at less than 48 hours notice, they will forfeit any right to a bursary and be liable to pay the full fee to the Administrator upon receipt of an invoice from the Administrator.

I will undertake to select a venue, to attend promptly and stay until the end of the three hour Micro Coaches session agreed.

If necessary and for good reasons I can terminate the session prematurely, but must communicate the reasons to the Administrator as soon as possible.

I undertake to supply accurate address details and a contact phone number to the Micro Coach.

I undertake to provide relevant information about my needs to ensure that the Micro Coach is knowledgeable about the my needs and expectations.

If the Micro Coach does not feel able to fulfil these needs and expectations, then this will be communicated to the Administrator as soon as possible and not less than 72 hours prior to the booking. The session will then be cancelled. The Micro Coachee may rebook with another Micro Coach.

I undertake to treat the Micro Coach with respect and to communicate clearly if the session is not meeting his/her expectations.

I undertake not to use the Micro Coaches session or the contact with the Micro Coach to promote my products, goods and services to the Micro Coach.

I undertake not to use the Micro Coaches session or the contact with the Micro Coach to solicit or request any Micro Coaches sessions outside of the Administration of the Programme.

If I should otherwise strike up a a commercial relationship as a result of the Micro Coaches session, this should be communicated to the Administrator by both parties. This can then be recorded as an outcome of the introduction.

I undertake to complete the post-Micro Coaches Session Questionnaire and to provide any other feedback thought useful.

I undertakes to complete the Follow-Up Questionnaire.

I am responsible for my own personal safety. If a situation feels unsafe or risky, Ishould remove myself from the situation immediately, and inform the Administrator of the situation as soon as possible by phone, following it up in writing.

I understand that any decision to remove me by the Micro Coaches programme will be final and at the discretion of the Licencee or Social Enterprise East of England.

These T&C may be added to or altered at any time.
