Benefits of a Micro Coaches Session
If you have ever been on a training course and then wondered
how to implement your learning in your organisation? Have you ever
been unable to find the right course at the right time for your
business needs? Is your time pressured? Then a Micro
Coaches session may be just what you need!
A Micro Coaches Session is a way of getting right to the
heart of the skills you need to run your business. A Micro Coach
has the skill you need and has learned the hard way what works
and what doesn't. Micro Coaches enables you to learn from
someone who knows what it is like to use that skill in a day to day
situation and will help you adapt their knowledge for your
business.
You will have time to outline your problem, and to get a view of
how you can start to improve right away. Your Micro Coach will
share tools and tips with you that you can put into practice, and
will work out with you what is best for your business.
Your Micro Coach has been trained in techniques to make the most
of your time together, and will get down to business straight away.
Usually, because a Micro Coach session is exactly what
you want and when you want, and you and your Micro
Coach work together on a solution for your business, one
session is all you need to get back on track. Occasionally you
might want to delve deeper, in which case it is possible
to book another session.
You can have as many Micro Coaches sessions as you like. You may
be eligible for a bursary for some sessions. If you are eligible
for a busary, you will be told at the time of booking - that is why
we ask so many questions!
