Your first step is to complete this Commitment Audit. This will lead you through some steps to assess whether it makes sence for you and your business for you to commit to being a Micro Coach. There isn't a yes/no answer at the end, but your responses to the questions will help you think through the process.
Your time commitment to the Micro Coaches programme will be a training course on two days, and then a number of Micro Coaches sessions with other organisations. You will not be obliged to accept a partictular number of sessions.
Your next step is to complete the skills audit. This will lead you through some steps to assess which are the top business you have that you could offer as a MicroCoach.
The Micro Coaches programme is based on the skills that you use to run your business - they are not the skills that you sell as part of your business
You will be will be contacted by email to let you know if you have been accepted on the Micro Coaches programme, or you may be asked to attend an interview.
